REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a minimum of a 2-year degree or 5 years of related experience. Prefer a Bachelor's degree in information technology or communications

- Set up new technology systems, being the primary point of contact for contracted technology systems (e.g., client management systems, Microsoft Office).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously related to technology implementation from kick-off through completion. Define project schedules and objectives and coordinate required resources.
- Participate in end-to-end implementation planning, including project management, risk management, communication, and change management.
- Collaborate with others to create easy-to-use forms and applications that track student outcomes and communication between shifts, departments, and programs.
- Design, promote, and evaluate IT training and orientation programs for the Agency's personnel to meet user needs.
- Troubleshoot and provide end-user support related to software issues.
- Work with IT and administrative leadership to identify training priorities and strategies for evaluating and testing system upgrade functionality, creating process manuals, and developing training programs and communications associated with the project rollout.
- Create and maintain training schedules, materials, and reference guidelines, including visual aids, online learning modules, course handouts, communications, and invitations.
- Aid in testing, evaluating, and reviewing technology solutions for Chileda.
- Become a subject matter expert (SME) on Technology and Software services and products, helping bridge the IT implementation process and end-user learning experience.
- Help users understand how to use technology systems, including client management systems and learning software.
- Manage expectations, ensuring that scope, timelines, and roles and responsibilities are defined and maintained.
- Take ownership of assigned issues and work with department and program leaders to bring resolution in a timely manner.
- Proactively work to build effective and positive relationships with peers, leaders, and internal users while also demonstrating the ability to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training, including motivating participants, maintaining focus, and adapting training style to meet the needs of participants (including new hire onboarding training and follow-up, 1:1 training, and support).
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
