About You
We are looking for a warm and caring individual who can provide exceptional Guest experiences. As a Host and Guest Experience Manager, you will be responsible for greeting Guests, managing the wait list, and communicating with Team Members and Managers.
Your Responsibilities
We offer a competitive estimated salary of $8.50 - $12.00 per hour based on location and experience. In this role, you will:
- Greet every Guest with a smile and ensure they feel welcome
- Manage the wait list and communicate with Team Members and Managers as needed
- Answer telephone calls within three rings and direct them accordingly
- Help fellow Team Members when possible
