- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial roles, with a strong focus on custodial tasks.
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks and buffing as required
- Cleans work areas and equipment used in food preparation
- Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
- Requires some shifts on weekends and holidays
