Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Chillingham's - the newest Steakhouse in Westerly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
(ALL INTERVIEWS ARE CURRENTLY BEING CONDUCTED AT THE WINDJAMMER - 321 ATLANTIC AVE WESTERLY, RI)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with company standards
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies
Experience
- Prior experience in bartending or a related role preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, cash handling, and Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with fine dining or the food industry is advantageous
- Basic math skills and understanding of retail math concepts are beneficial
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $5.00 - $7.50 per hour
