Job Title: Chilly Billy's Crew Member (Part-Time)
Location: Mount Royal - Superior, Wisconsin
Position Type: Part-Time, 10-20 hours per week
Compensation: $13-$15 per hour Tips

We take pride in serving high-quality frozen treats in a fun and welcoming environment. With locations at the Mount Royale Market and Miller Hill Mall, we're dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with enthusiasm and a friendly demeanor.
- Prepare and serve frozen yogurt and other treats according to established recipes and portion sizes.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing supplies.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking.
- Handle and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs or heavier when necessary.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
Qualifications:
- No previous experience required, although food service experience is a plus.
- Must be extremely friendly, approachable, and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and move boxes weighing 50 lbs or heavier.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be available during the day as well as nights.
