Chilson's Corner Motors is looking for a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, energetic with excellent communication skills and great attention to detail. No previous experience necessary, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Job description
Mopar Parts Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide information and product knowledge to customers
- Work in collaboration with service department to order parts for open work orders
- Receive incoming parts from vendor orders and stock items
- Provide information and product knowledge for incoming calls from customers
- Assist in ordering parts and accessories
Qualifications include :
- Must be resourceful
- Have good organizational skills for parts research and inventory control
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must have good communication skills, both oral and written
- Be able to work weekdays
