Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, all the while providing exceptional customer service.
- Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies employing Higgins' cutting-edge marketing tools to promote listings more effectively.
- Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License
- Strong customer service capabilities and communication skills
- Proven sales and negotiation experience and closing abilities
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, including AI tools
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
