Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, all the while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research and develop marketing strategies employing Higgins' cutting-edge marketing tools to promote listings more effectively.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Valid Real Estate License
  • Strong customer service capabilities and communication skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation experience and closing abilities
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law
  • Proficiency in marketing strategies, including AI tools
  • Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus
