We're looking for a Creative Operations Coordinator to join our growing team at Chime. This role is key to helping our Creative team stay organized, efficient, and aligned as we produce work that brings the Chime brand to life. You’ll be the connective tissue that ensures projects run smoothly—from intake to delivery—by supporting workflows, documentation, and team coordination.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $62,190.00 and up to $84,700.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to
- Keep projects organized by maintaining Asana boards, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables stay on schedule
- Coordinate meetings like kickoffs, stand-ups, and reviews—prepping materials, capturing notes, and following up on action items
- Support the creative intake process by organizing briefs and routing work through the right review and approval stages
- Act as an information hub, helping teams stay aligned on status, ownership, and deadlines
- Contribute to process improvement by documenting workflows and proposing operational enhancements
- Manage, organize and track project and production related PO's, contracts and budgets to ensure in process and on budget targets
- 2 years of experience in a project coordination or creative operations role
- Familiarity with creative workflows and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools (e.g. Asana, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- A proactive mindset and a passion for operational excellence
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-moving environment
