We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our platform for enterprise clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing technical discovery, managing end-to-end implementations, and maintaining strong relationships with client technical teams. You will work closely with various teams within the company to deliver exceptional service, streamline integrations, and support client success.

About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful deployment and integration of our platform for enterprise clients. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing technical discovery, managing end-to-end implementations, and maintaining strong relationships with client technical teams. You will work closely with various teams within the company to deliver exceptional service, streamline integrations, and support client success.
In this role, you can expect to
- Technical Discovery & Solution Design: Lead technical discovery sessions with clients to understand their existing HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems. Design and document tailored integration solutions that align with client requirements.
- Implementation & Integration: Manage the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, flat file sFTP and API integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting. Ensure seamless connectivity between client systems and our platform.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure smooth onboarding. Proactively manage risks and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of integrations to validate data accuracy, system performance, and security compliance before go-live.
- Client Demos & Support: Provide technical guidance and product demos to client stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting post-implementation issues.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Client Success Managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to align implementation efforts with client objectives. Advocate for product enhancements based on client feedback and integration challenges.
- Proven experience in a technical client-facing role, ideally as a Implementation Manager, Integration Specialist, or similar position.
- Strong technical acumen with experience in SaaS implementations, system integrations, and API troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently.
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success teams.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
