What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Procure-to-Pay COE position at Chime?
About the role
We are hiring a Procure-to-Pay COE Manager in our Procurement team. As our expert in Procurement, you will set up a Center of Excellence that oversees Source to Pay policies & processes and enabling technologies at Chime.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $130,050 and up to $180,600. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to
- Assess current state and develop roadmap to enhance existing Source to Pay processes ranging from Spend Analysis, Sourcing, Contracting, Supplier Onboarding, Risk Assessments, Purchase Order and Pay.
- Develop business cases and project plans against the roadmap that enhance and derive maximum benefits out of Chime’s preferred Procurement platform in alignment with key stakeholders.
- Be the business and functional owner of Chime’s Source to Pay policies, processes and systems.
- Implement key KPIs and SLAs to monitor the various sub processes like requisition to pay, supplier onboarding, invoice approval, etc.
- Develop executive level dashboards that provide spend analysis and key real time operational SLAs, and flag any bottlenecks in the process.
- Identify and track areas of non-compliance, such as after-the-fact POs, and enforce policies.
- Develop relationships with existing and prospective Procurement vendors.
- Stay aligned with latest advancements and best practices.
- Develop and enhance training material and setup in person and virtual training sessions for business users.
- Own the day to day operational environment and resolve issues.
