Chime is looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our Manage Money team. You will gain valuable professional experience working with cutting edge cloud technology platforms and distributed systems alongside engineers with a wealth of experience to share. This is an exciting opportunity to learn while playing a role in a critical initiative at Chime.
This role is structured as a 3 month engagement. The starting hourly rate offered for this role and target level of experience will begin at $34 and up to $49. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

- Learn more about how the Manage Money team empowers members with smart tools to help them spend, save, and plan effortlessly.
- Work with cutting edge technologies
- Collaborate closely with our Product, Analytics, and Design partners to build new features
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Creative thinker and self starter with a passion for consumer FinTech
- Are flexible and enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
- Have a low ego and are comfortable working directly well with a wide range of stakeholders
