This should be someone who is proficient in Microsoft Office, greeting clients, answering phone calls, event planning, and working well with other members of a dynamic team.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Roanoke, VA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance and offering executive support. The day-to-day tasks include managing calendars, arranging meetings, answering the office phone, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling communications. The role also involves administrative assistance tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and data entry.
