FOOD RUNNER
As a food runner, you are the direct point of contact between the kitchen and the customer. Your role is essential in ensuring a smooth dining experience by delivering food accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleanliness & Presentation: Maintain a neat and professional appearance, as hygiene and food safety are top priorities.
- Food Knowledge: Be familiar with the dishes you are delivering to answer basic customer questions.
- Attention to Detail: Verify that orders are complete before delivering them to the table.
- Guest Needs: If a guest requests additional items such as condiments or modifications, promptly inform the server via the communication system.
By staying attentive and proactive, food runners help create a seamless dining experience while upholding the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
