Job Overview

Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating arrangements to optimize flow and efficiency.
- Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate estimated wait times to guests.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly to enhance guest relations.
- Keep the host/host area clean and organized at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
