Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and reservations.
- Assist guests with any inquiries regarding the menu or restaurant services.
- Take Walk-In and Call-In orders.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers as necessary.
- Facilitate customer check outs.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
