In House Legal Counsel
Summary of Responsibilities
Under the guidance of company strategy and following local laws and regulations, this position provides legal advice, consultation, legal supervision, and risk warnings to business units. It empowers and guides the construction of the legal system for overseas operating companies to ensure timely prevention and control of the company's legal risks.
Main Responsibilities
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies, and conduct legal analysis and research.
Manage compliance matters in accordance with local laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Provide legal support for business projects.
Review daily contracts and handle other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above from law school.
Possession of a legal practicing qualification in the States
Experience in legal and compliance work in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
