We are seeking a Network Operations Intern to join our Network & Digitalization Department in LA, California.
Job Description:
- Responsible for network operations and maintenance, including but not limited to cutover, configuration, and inspection, ensuring network stability and reliability.
- Monitor system operation status and troubleshoot issues.
- Draft and organize operation and maintenance documentation, including system configurations, operation manuals, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Provide support for key customer services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must obtain CCNA certification within 3 months of onboarding to be considered for regular employment. Failure to obtain the certification within 6 months will result in automatic termination.
Salary : $16 - $21
