About the Role :
We are seeking a Project Manager(Intern)to join our team in the Telecommunication industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from beginning to end. Your major end result will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the requirements of customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and deliverables are met.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Project Management, Computer or related field
- Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin for speaking and writing.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams across different time zones.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality results.
Basic knowledge of telecom services, data centers, network solutions, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities :
Manage the execution of implementation plans for China Unicom Americas, with a focus on telecom services, network solutions, and IT infrastructure. Establish and maintain agile project management practices to enhance the responsiveness and efficiency of project delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, technical, delivery) and external partners to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution throughout the project. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and that any challenges are addressed promptly. Drive process improvements across the delivery chain to enhance project efficiency and quality. Prepare and present regular project status reports to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
