Your Impact:
As a Project Manager, you will:
\n- Champion the adoption of Scrum across the organization, tailoring the framework to fit the non-profit context.
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
- Coach, and hold accountable, teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices to foster a collaborative culture.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Maintain a flexible roadmap, balancing urgent needs with long-term strategic priorities.
- Identify and actively resolve roadblocks, risks and dependencies that hinder team progress, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Support organizational project management protocol, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards.
- Implement and support best practices for project management, including documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational priorities.
- Enable and motivate team members to sustain high engagement levels across all teams.
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and impact effectively to stakeholders, adapting to varying levels of technical understanding.
- Support cross-functional teams with resource allocation, tools, and processes to enable effective collaboration.
- Identify and implement tools/software to streamline project management and Scrum adoption.
- Gather metrics and insights to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and suggest improvements.
- Develop and provide training and onboarding materials for enrolling new team members and updating processes to Scrum Agile practices.
- Support the leadership team in setting up workstreams of strategic priorities to ensure connectivity and impactful progress.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least three to five years of experience in project management, with a deep understanding of relevant policies and processes.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role, ideally in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with practical experience facilitating teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats, from strategy to execution.
- Ability to communicate vertically at all levels with a teaching and accountability mindset.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Familiarity with non-profit operations, funding cycles, and program delivery.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role, ideally in a non-profit or mission-driven organization.
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with practical experience facilitating teams.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats, from strategy to execution.
- Ability to communicate vertically at all levels with a teaching and accountability mindset.
- Experience managing diverse stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with non-profit operations, funding cycles, and program delivery.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods, with occasional movement. Occasionally moves objects weighing in excess of 25 pounds.
- Work is performed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility to work additional hours, as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits:
This position offers a salary range of $90,000 - $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
