What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR/Payroll Assistant position at Chino Hills Ford?
This is a great opportunity for someone looking grow and to gain experience in Payroll and Human Resources field. We are seeking someone to assist the HR department in general daily duties. The HR department is responsible for supporting the automotive dealership and our company is continuing to grow!
Duties will include:
- Assist with approving time cards and processing payroll
- filing and maintaining employee records
- assisting with hiring/onboarding employees
- assisting employees with logins
- and other tasks to support the HR department as needed
Automotive Payroll experience highly desired.
Looking for someone who is eager to help, intuitive, takes direction well and is very organized. Someone who can ask productive questions and is a quick learner. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this role.
Automotive experience is a huge plus!
