Business Manager
We are looking for an experienced and independent business manager to support critical day-to-day business functions. Among others, the business manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations in areas of talent management, accounts receivable / payable, cash management, catering and major events planning and execution. The business manager will also be involved in setting and executing annual business goals with the broader team. They must be a mature and competent leader who is able to provide guidance to a youthful High Performance Team.
Must be :
- Proven experienced in one of more business functions such talent management (HR), customer accounts management, finance, operations etc. Minimum of 5 years of business experience is desirable
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Team player with ability to work with young adults
- Passionate about developing people
- Self starter and deadline driven
- Able to learn diverse business process
- At a minimum be available from 9am to 2 : 30pm
- Experience in retail or hospitality industry is a plus
