Job Requirements
Fluoro license
AART
Cath Lab / Interventional radiology experience
Additional Details
American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS is required for onboarding.
Declinations accepted. Total of 3 vaccines (or 2 if J&J was the initial dose) to be considered fully vaccinated.
Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity. Declinations accepted.
Annual Respirator fit test. Can be completed onsite in Chino Valley Medical Center with Employee Health by appointment.
Declinations accepted for Hepatitis B vaccination.
Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31. Declinations accepted.
Must be completed within 6 months of onboarding for TB Test.
Driver's license, State ID, or Passport is required.
