- BLS Certification is required. This must be obtained from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.

- This position is for a Cath Lab Rad Tech in our hospital.
- Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- A valid fluoro license is mandatory for this role.
- The candidate should possess AART (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- We require experience working in Cath Lab/Interventional radiology environments.
- Additional Job Details
- To be considered fully vaccinated, proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity is needed.
- An annual respirator fit test is essential; this can be completed onsite at Chino Valley Medical Center with Employee Health by appointment.
- We accept declinations for Hepatitis B vaccination.
- A flu vaccine or declination is required between October 1st and May 31st each year. Declinations are accepted.
- TB Test: Must be completed within 6 months of onboarding.
- A driver's license, State ID, or Passport is necessary for employment verification purposes.
- Vaccination/titer showing immunity is required. Declinations are accepted.
- We accept declinations for Tdap vaccination.
- Documentation of previous positive TB skin test or Quantiferon must be submitted for a chest x-ray to be accepted.
- Physical/Health Statement: Must be complete within 1 year of onboarding.
- National Criminal Background Check: Required within one year of start date.
