Responsibilities

Warehouse Duties

• Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory counts (cycle counts), maintain accurate labeling, and monitor stock levels for reordering.
• Receiving & Stocking: Unload shipments, verify product counts, inspect for damages, and properly store items in designated areas.
• Shipping & Logistics: Prepare shipments by creating shipping labels, scheduling pickups, and coordinating with carriers as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment for loading/unloading and moving items (forklift certification preferred).
• Quality Control: Check orders and products for accuracy and damages before final packing.
• General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, dispose of packaging materials, and follow all safety and housekeeping protocols.

Factory Duties

• Provide support on footwear factory line when needed
• Perform roughing, mounting, polishing, and cleanup tasks
• Package and tag finished products for distribution
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and safety awareness
• Handle repetitive tasks with consistency; training will be provided

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or factory experience is a plus, but not required
• Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift and move materials in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail; capable of following safety procedures
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are strrongly encouraged to apply

Work Environment

• Traditional warehouse setting with occasional support needed on the factory floor
• Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods
• Repetitive tasks and operating machinery when needed
• Must follow all health, safety, and operational guidelines

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
