Description : Position Summary
Responsible for implementing all casino promotions and special events as directed by the Promotions Manager. In addition this position will provide direct customer service by answering questions and assisting guests to ensure an enjoyable entertainment experience.
Essential Functions
- Provides exemplary service for all internal and external customers.
- Executes casino promotions and special events
- Assists with the installation and removal of casino decorations, drawing drums, or promotional items.
- Communicates upcoming entertainment / promotions & events to staff and guests.
- Socializes with guests and assists them with information about the facility.
- Promotes the use of the Winner’s Circle card by explaining the member benefits, issuing cards, and demonstrating card usage.
- Staffs the Winners Circle and Entertainment venues when necessary to include coat check, concerts, tournaments, and special events.
- Spends time on the gaming floor interacting with guests, answering questions and concerns, and enrolling new members.
- Participates in making an exciting atmosphere by utilizing the in-house PA system & hosting special event functions, etc.
- Accesses the player tracking system and makes edits to the system as necessary.
- Occasionally required to wear costumes or dress in character.
- All other duties as assigned by the Promotions Manager.

Education
High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Two years experience in high volume direct public contact position
Computer Skills
Microsoft Office intermediate level including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
Player Tracking experience required; Oasis preferred.
Certificates & Licenses
Ability to obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License
Other Requirements
OLCC preferred – Must obtain within first 90-days
Food Handlers Card preferred – Must obtain within first 90-days
