Job Type Full-timeDescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible for all aspects of casino promotions. Coordinates regularly with other department managers and senior executives to promote their respective areas. Works closely with the Entertainment and Player Development teams in providing first class special events.Essential FunctionsResponsible for all aspects of the promotional process (i.e., conception, plan, budget, execution, and review of post promotion analysis). Prepares monthly reports to include, pre and post promotion analysis on promotions, special events, tournaments, etc.Analyzes results of all casino promotions and suggests opportunities for improvement. Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously setting own priorities to ensure timely completion.Responsible for the staffing, training and scheduling of Team Members.Responsible for preparing evaluations and recommending disciplinary actions when required. Accesses the player tracking system and makes edits to the system as necessary.Queries the player tracking database for specific Marketing / gaming information including guest demographics, comments, and needs.Assists with events to include ushering, setup, breakdown, and item distribution.Assists the Direct Marketing department as needed in verifying accounts, data integrity, and offers.Assists with proofing all direct mail and associated collateral for accuracy.Coordinates with Purchasing Department to obtain Promotional Prizes, which may include, but not be limited to, electronics, automobiles, and recreational vehicles.Participates in the planning and establishment of department goals and objectives.Responsible for the preparation and planning of the department budget, monitoring monthly P&Ls, and contributing to the overall annual fiscal objectives.Disseminate information about all casino promotions, including events, to appropriate departments.Ensure promotions and event programs are in compliance with CWCR polices, and procedures.Resolves guest inquiries and requests, including correspondence by phone, letter & emailOther duties as assigned.
