Full Time - In House-Call Center Customer Service Representative
Locally owned small business since 2002!
We are looking for a few sharp candidates to fill our new call center as we continue to grow. This position will be training in Copperas Cove, then moving to our Killeen location.
You must be willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced company.
This position requires a mature and experienced individual with exceptional customer service and a “can do attitude”. You must have a professional and friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, excellent organization skills, basic knowledge of computers and telephones. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Job description
· Answering telephones
· Quoting and scheduling customers
· Handling various changes in the schedule
· Dispatching technicians
· Accept payments from customers and technicians
· Initiate and coordinate in person insurance claims, third party services, fleet
vehicles
· Initiate purchases for required job (OEM, eBay, Salvage)
· Utilize glass program tech support when needed
· Initiate and coordinate insurance claims
