Full Time - Front Desk CSR (Customer Service Representative)

Call center and customer service experience a plus!
You must be willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced company. This position may require working at the Copperas Cove store at times.
This position requires a mature and experienced individual with exceptional customer service and a “can do attitude”. You must have a professional and friendly demeanor, outstanding communication skills, excellent organization skills, basic knowledge of computers and telephones. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Job description
- Assisting customers with quotes, scheduling and questions as they arrive to our locations
- Must be willing to travel to either location (Killeen/Copperas Cove) as needed.
- Audit and complete customer invoices for your store locations
- Accept payments from customers and technicians
- Initiate and coordinate in person insurance claims, third party services, fleet vehicles
- Cleaning of office and bathroom daily
- Inventory of supplies
- Restocking beverage and snack center
- Communicating with technicians on customer jobs
- Learn to recognize a repairable windshield chip vs a replacement
- Educate customers on warranty and after care information related to services received
- Glass inventory/verify part delivery for jobs at assigned location
- Label glass and accessory parts (for new jobs and/or returns)
