Job description
Store Manager for Chip Cookies
Duties:
- Oversee daily store operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
- Experience in the restaurant, banquet, or catering industry is a plus
- Proficient in food preparation and production techniques
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks accordingly
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building customer loyalty
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles is an asset
- Create staff scheduling and assignments
