This position is responsible for the preparation and quality control of mechanical components for race cars to ensure optimal performance during race events and tests.

- Prepare finished components of race cars according to established procedures for each event.
- Make necessary adjustments to assigned components to meet design specifications and performance goals.
- Ensure a complete supply of finished spare parts is prepared for race events.
- Safely secure assigned components of race cars through proper joining, bolting, or other methods.
- Maintain accurate records of assigned adjustable race car components.
- Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines, ensure quality standards, and improve components.
- Operate equipment safely, adhering to recommended safety specifications, and using all necessary protective gear.
- Identify and report safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a mechanic, preferably in motorsports industry
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of race car mechanical components and structural frameworks.
- Understanding of race car setup specifications and safety mechanisms.
- Skilled in using precision measuring devices
