Job Summary and Qualifications
Oversees day-to-day operation of HVAC maintenance; including work requests and ordering parts.
Conducts periodic inspections on hospital to assure completeness of work performed.
Repairs heating / air condition equipment.
Repairs control / circuits.
Repairs refrigeration equipment.
Performs PMs on HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
Performs filter operation checks and replacement.
Performs assigned area sweeps.
All other duties assigned.
EXPERIENCE :
Required - 3 years experience on installation and repair of HVAC.
Preferred - Hospital experience.
EDUCATION :
Required - High school graduate / GED or Vocational School completion with HVAC certification and training.
Preferred – Master HVAC systems / Certified CFC requirements.
