What are the responsibilities and job description for the Food Packaging Technician position at Chippewa Packaging?
Chippewa Packaging is hiring full-time Packaging Associates for our dry food packaging facility.
For this position, the applicant must be able to lift 25 pounds, as well as stand or walk for 12 hour shifts.
Daily work includes working on a production line, visual quality checks of product, completing paperwork, reading job orders and specs, labeling, making boxes, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Must be able to understand and adhere to food safety policies and procedures.
Requirements include a solid work history and the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
SHIFTS:
A1: Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday/and every other Friday 4:00AM to 4:30PM hourly wage $16-17
A2: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/and every other Thursday: 4:00PM to 4:30AM hourly wage $17-18
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
