As the community connector at CRI you will receive:
- Hourly rate of $16.00 an hour

15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:00am-3:30pm. This position is based out of our Eau Claire and Chippewa Falls office, so there is the opportunity to be scheduled at either office.

What does a community connector do?
As the community connector you will be transporting and leading pods of 3-4 consumers to help them reach their goals through a variety of different activities. The activities will be tailored to support, teach and encourage personal growth. Some examples would be:
- making healthy snacks, nutrition, and growing vegetables;
- fulfilling needs for creative expression through activities such as music, dance, art, crafts, and photography;
- leading social recreational activities such as physical fitness, yoga, basketball, and bowling;
- enriching lives through learning and visiting places like museums, historical buildings, fire stations and governmental offices; and
- teaching consumers how to access community resources such as the library, public transit, parks and recreation centers.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation.
- Access to reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.
- Must have a cell phone/the ability to communicate while at the job sites in the community.
