Requirements
Sales Execution:
- Area Managers will have clear sales targets to demonstrate leadership, set the example, and drive the team toward achieving company goals.
- Mentor and shadow new hires, accelerating their ramp-up and helping them start earning quickly.
- Foster a competitive, results-driven sales culture that motivates the team to unlock their full potential.
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports to your Regional Director to keep goals on target.
Leads Management:
- Strategically assign leads to sales reps based on territory, expertise, and availability, maximizing conversion potential.
- Coach your team on proven lead generation strategies to enhance effectiveness and sales outcomes.
- Regularly update and manage our lead database (Spotio) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Analyze lead data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for continual improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ leadership experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong strategic thinker with sharp analytical skills.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
