Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids, aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify competencies and learning objectives.
- Create engaging, visually appealing content using various multimedia tools and design software.
- Develop and curate content for social media platforms to promote training initiatives and company offerings.
- Design and maintain internal landing pages for resources, ensuring content is accessible and user-friendly.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, and make improvements as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design, adult learning principles, and content marketing.
- Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of this role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing training materials.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, TalentLMS) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva).
- Experience in content creation for social media and web resources.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design.
- Experience designing training for D2D sales teams is a plus.
