Job Summary
The Territory Strategy Manager is a key leader in optimizing and managing door-to-door sales strategies to drive efficiency, maximize performance, and enhance sales outcomes. This role requires a data-driven, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can oversee lead management, improve canvassing tools, and provide insights that shape territory expansion and sales success. You’ll work cross-functionally with field leaders, sales reps, and carrier partners to create and implement territory strategies that ensure sales teams are knocking in the right areas, at the right times, with the right data. Requirements:Territory Strategy & Lead Management
? Monitor and track the inflow and outflow of door-to-door sales knocking leads with precision and accuracy.
? Maintain an organized, real-time database of active and resting territories to support sales efforts.
? Establish a data-backed lead rating system based on sales performance, historical knocking data, and demographic insights.
? Identify high-potential sales territories and present recommendations for optimal field assignments.
Canvassing Tool Optimization & Utilization
? Oversee the implementation and enhancement of canvassing tools to improve sales efficiency.
? Ensure data integrity within canvassing tools for accurate decision-making and territory planning.
? Conduct pilot programs and testing to refine canvassing tools and improve adoption across sales teams.
Data Analysis & Reporting
? Develop and refresh real-time reporting dashboards that provide critical insights to the field sales team.
? Deliver actionable reports that drive better decision-making for leadership in territory planning, lead distribution, and sales forecasting.
? Collaborate with carrier partners to ensure alignment on lead management and strategy execution.
Leadership & Collaboration
? Directly manage the Operations Coordinator, ensuring alignment with broader sales and territory strategies.
? Work closely with carrier representatives, field sales managers, and leadership teams to enhance market expansion efforts.
? Serve as a trusted advisor to the field team, guiding sales reps on best practices for maximizing lead conversion.
