Chipton-Ross is seeking 3 Retail Sales Specialist for a contract opportunity in Mukilteo, WA
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
Our ideal Retail Sales Specialist is a motivated, outgoing, focused individual who possesses excellent listening and communication skills and can deliver excellent customer service. We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to succeed. Retail Sales Specialist Duties & Responsibilities include :
- Open / close store.
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
- Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Respond to emails and communication from customers and stakeholders.
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
- Handle returns of merchandise.
- Processes freight and inter-store transfers for markdowns.
- Maintains organized stock room and store inventory preparation.
- Prepares and processes store orders for customers.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
Ability to safely lift boxes to 35 lbs. Ability to stand and move about for extended periods with only short rest breaks; ability to reach, bend, stoop, etc. to handle products.
REQUIRED EDUCATION :
Accredited education / experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma / GED) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school / Associate).
WORK HOURS :
PART TIME / FIRST SHIFT; 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. Up to 24 hours per week.

The candidate selected to fill this assignment must successfully pass a credit check performed by the client.
