Chipton-Ross is accepting resumes for an experienced Recruiter in the Green Bay, WI area. The primary responsibility will be to service the trades and specifically shipyards.
Qualifications
Experience in shipyard or Industrial staffing is preferred, but not required.
Experience in developing staff continuity and customer relationships as well as having an aggressive approach towards building business.
Prior managerial experience.
The ideal candidate will be experienced with a fast-paced office, the ability to screen potential employees and create a solid foundation for the region.
