As our client base continues to grow, we are seeking a Program Director who will lead the execution and optimization of our signature coaching experience. This role is equal parts relationship leadership and operational excellence — overseeing client onboarding, engagement, and retention while also managing the systems, team collaboration, and reporting that drive program-wide success.
This is not just a client-facing position. The Program Director acts as the central integrator across departments — working closely with our accountability coaches, coordinating events and program logistics, managing client communications, and analyzing data to elevate both results and experience.

What You’ll Own
- Serve as the primary relationship lead for all clients, ensuring they feel supported, celebrated, and strategically guided throughout their coaching journey.
- Lead and continuously refine the client onboarding process to ensure every new member experiences a smooth and inspiring start.
- Act as the liaison between clients, accountability coaches, and internal teams to maintain communication clarity, program consistency, and alignment on goals.
- Manage day-to-day program operations including coaching call logistics, client communications, calendar oversight, and internal workflows.
- Plan and execute high-impact virtual and in-person events that create community, deepen engagement, and elevate the overall client experience
- Own and analyze engagement, retention, and satisfaction data, using insights to drive improvements and present regular reports to leadership.
- Monitor the health of the community, identifying client patterns, successes, and pain points — and taking proactive steps to increase retention and referrals.
- Partner with sales to support renewals and referrals, sharing relationship insights and identifying key touchpoints to strengthen client loyalty.

Skills and Qualifications
Must-Have Experience:
- 2 years in a relationship-driven role, such as client success, community management, or high-end service
- 2 years in the real estate industry, ideally in brokerage operations, team support, coaching, or training
- Experience managing client lifecycles — from onboarding and engagement to renewal and reactivation
- Experience planning and executing virtual and in-person events, including logistics and engagement strategy
- Experience working with or inside a coaching, personal development, or mastermind environment
Technical & Operational Skills:
- Proficient in Google Suite, Zoom, and digital scheduling tools
- Comfortable with CRM systems (like HubSpot), survey platforms (Google Forms, Typeform), and tracking/reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bonus points for familiarity with Slack, Canva, or light project management tools (Asana, Trello, Notion)
Success Metrics
You'll be evaluated on your ability to:
- Maintain a high renewal rate through proactive relationship and community engagement
- Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience with 95% satisfaction
- Increase event participation and community interaction through consistent and creative programming
- Deliver actionable program insights through monthly reporting on client satisfaction, engagement, and referral performance
