What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control Manager position at Chiral Photonics?
Chiral Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of setting up, tracking and maintaining quality management systems. The candidate should have experience with ISO 9001 and 13485 certifications and audits with a strong attention to detail. Familiarity with CMMC (NIST SP 800-171) is a plus. The candidate should be comfortable working independently as well as managing teams.
This position works closely with our production team and all departments to identify areas for improvement, implement changes to our quality management system and verify that improvements are realized and maintained.
The position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working both within the company as well as with vendors and customers.
