Position Overview:
The Clinic Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and providing outstanding patient service. This role supports both administrative and clinical team members while maintaining an efficient, professional, and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/out, and billing coordination
- Supervise and support front desk and administrative staff
- Ensure excellent patient experience and handle escalated concerns professionally
- Monitor clinic flow and coordinate with chiropractic providers
- Assist with training new team members and ongoing performance feedback
- Maintain supplies and ensure a clean, organized environment
- Support compliance with clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or chiropractic setting preferred
- 1 years of supervisory or leadership experience strongly desired
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with EHR or chiropractic practice management software a plus
- Passion for wellness and patient-centered care
