⏰ 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 6:45 PM (Pacific Time)
30 - 40 hours per week

What You'll Do:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional patient experience while providing essential administrative and care support.
Assist Patients: Guide patients through their care journey with professionalism and empathy.
Financial Support: Help patients apply for loans, discuss invoices & payments, and manage financial concerns.
Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, schedule & reschedule with health coaches.
Administrative Tasks: Handle forms, paperwork, and office documentation.
Communication: Monitor and respond to calls, texts, and voicemails.
Sales & Ordering: Sell and order supplements, ensuring patients receive the products they need.
Testing & Follow-Ups: Order lab tests and follow up with patients as needed.
Technology & Virtual Support: Engage with patients via phone and Zoom, ensuring smooth virtual interactions.
All training will be provided! No prior experience in functional medicine is required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
