ROLES WITHIN THE POSITION & TRAINING OUTLINE:
· Role 1: CLINICAL SUPPORT ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE-What we are currently primarily hiring for
· Welcoming patients and project a positive attitude to help patients feel better
· Educating patients on the basics of chiropractic
· Managing the flow of patients from reception, through therapies, and to the Drs. for treatment
· Teaching patients how to perform the various therapies assigned by the doctors
· Recording each patient visit in the patient management system
· Preparing system and patients for x-rays as requested by the doctors
· Maintaining overall appearance and cleanliness of clinic
· Role 2: FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE-secondary role that you will be cross trained on
The front desk requires strong organizational skills since you will serve as a liaison between the patient and business department while in this role. It is imperative that someone in this position have the ability to juggle the following tasks simultaneously:
· Answering phones in a professional and pleasant speaking voice
· Scheduling patient appointments via both phone and computer-based applications
· Filing
· Collecting payments
· Ensuring all clients have a wonderful client experience from start to finish
SCHEDULE:
Currently the position's general hours are: (Average around 33.5 hours/week)
· Monday (6:30 am – 1:00 pm)
· Tuesday (12:30 pm - 7:00 pm)
· Wednesday (6:30 am -1:00 pm)
· Thursday (11:30 am - 7:00 pm)
· Friday (6:30 am -1:00 pm)
*** We always have an extra-long weekend by design!!!
· Note: During the first 60-90 days, an additional 1.5-2 hours/week may be required for training.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience as a chiropractic, physical therapy, dental or medical assistant or a background in massage therapy is a bonus. Hospitality and Customer Service background also helpful. We are looking for someone with attention to detail and a contagiously positive demeanor – if you possess those traits, we will train you on everything else you need to know!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
· Competitive compensation provided based on skills and experience, as well as bonus potential after the first 60 days of training. Bonuses are typically an additional $1.25-$3.00/hour.
