What You'll Do:
As a Chiropractor Assistant Team Member, you will be at the heart of our clinic's daily operations, ensuring that every patient feels welcome, empowered, and cared for. From supporting hands-on patient care to managing administrative tasks, you'll play a key role in helping our patients on their wellness journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for treatment, gather medical histories, and explain proce-dures in a clear, empathetic manner.
- Assist the chiropractor in administering therapies like electrical stimulation and vibration therapy.
- Maintain a clean, organized clinic environment and ensure treatment rooms are prepared efficiently.
- Help with patient education and provide follow-up instructions to ensure pa-tients feel empowered in their care.
- Contribute to clinic marketing and patient engagement initiatives, helping us expand our impact in the community.
- Assist with exams and taking structural X-rays.
Qualifications:
- Associated Degree or higher (required).
- Previous experience in healthcare or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high accuracy in documenta-tion and scheduling.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems is desirable.
- Physical ability to assist with patient care and stand for extended periods.
- North Carolina CA and X-ray certification preferred but not required.
