- Greet patient's upon arrival with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing information about our services.
- Handle appointments, modifications, and cancellations with attention to detail.
- Conduct audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance patient experience.
- Collaborate with housekeeping to ensure patients satisfaction and office clean.
- Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls effectively, directing them to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Assist in resolving complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on patients relations; or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with office management software is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients .
