Duties
- Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilize DocuSign for document management and ensure timely execution of contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Serve as a personal assistant by managing daily tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively.
- Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing incoming communications.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity and correctness before distribution.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office management software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Experience in event planning or coordination is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in proofreading documents for accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Pay: $71,916.00 - $78,508.00 per year
