What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Chiropractic Plus?
The position is part-time (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). As the administrative assistant you would be working in the front end of the business. Running the Medisoft software program for patient input and patient scheduling. Answering calls, messages and correspondence between the office and the patient. Other responsibilities are online input of claims through Availity and Blue Cross of Idaho portals. Managing our VA patient authorizations by submitting SARs and logging and tracking visits within the date range of the authorization. Candidate will manage the flow of the office for the chiropractor. Experience is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, and have some previous experience with a Medical Software Program would be helpful. Candidate must be a self starter, enjoy a fast pace, be efficient, detail oriented, confident, a trouble shooter, take charge personality, good with patients and great phone skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
