Our brand is grounded in consistency, community, and clarity—and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can help us share that message across multiple platforms.
Job Summary
As the Marketing Coordinator at ChiroWay, you’ll play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across digital and print channels. You’ll assist with the development, organization, and execution of content and campaigns that generate brand awareness, drive franchise-wide engagement, and support our mission of long-term wellness through chiropractic care. This role blends content creation, campaign execution, light design, and data-informed marketing strategy within a collaborative and growing franchise model.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing franchise-wide marketing campaigns across email, blog, print, and social media
- Write and edit content for blog posts, newsletters, social posts, and local center promotions
- Collaborate with the design team (or use Canva) to create branded marketing collateral
- Coordinate marketing calendar execution with the Brand Manager and Franchise Director
- Monitor and update website content (WordPress CMS) to ensure accuracy and alignment with current campaigns
- Conduct light market research to support community engagement efforts
- Track campaign performance and support reporting on key marketing KPIs
- Organize and support marketing assets for franchisee use (e.g., templates, flyers, review requests)
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, content creation, or communications role
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for brand tone and detail
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Familiarity with email platforms (e.g., Mailgun, Mailchimp), Google Analytics, and social media scheduling tools
- Working knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Passion for wellness, health, or franchising is a plus!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
