Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, pain points, and requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical requirements for AEM solutions.
- Create detailed user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
- AEM Solution Development Support
- Work closely with development teams to ensure AEM solutions align with business goals.
- Provide input on AEM architecture, templates, components, and workflows.
- Validate and test AEM solutions against defined requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and facilitate discussions to prioritize features and functionality.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users to maximize AEM adoption and usage.
- Project Coordination
- Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with project managers.
- Monitor the progress of AEM-related initiatives and identify risks or blockers.
- Collaborate with external vendors or partners for AEM-related integrations.
- Data and Insights
- Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of AEM solutions and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to optimize workflows, content delivery, and user experiences.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience:
- 8 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Proven experience with content management systems, digital platforms, or marketing automation tools.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, components, templates, and workflows.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, or related Adobe Experience Cloud tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and insights.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
