📍 Location: Chisholm Health Center / Heritage Manor
🕒 Full-Time - Day Shift
Salary Range: $20.66/hour - $24.61/hour dependent upon experience.

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional looking for a fulfilling role in healthcare scheduling? Heritage Manor is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate nursing department schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Ensure adequate staffing by managing schedules for licensed and unlicensed staff
✅ Post open shifts and coordinate time-off requests and leave coverage
✅ Organize schedules for new hires and training programs
✅ Resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely manner
✅ Enter timesheet data for the nursing department
✅ Order and manage supplies within budget guidelines
✅ Maintain confidentiality and assist with records management
✅ Support Health Unit Coordinator tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Education: High school diploma or GED required
✔️ Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills
✔️ Preferred: Experience with medical terminology, scheduling, or records management is a plus—but not required!
